To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges under following conditions,
1) All prices are fixed, no refunds
2) We only return or exchange item if it is not of same description which you received in order I.e. same color, brand etc.
3) We only return item if it's damaged by us or during process of delivery it was delivered damaged which in case you will have to notify us with proof of damage upon delivery of goods received at time of delivery.
4) No returns or exchanges is given on items purchased during sale period.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
Return shipping costs
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order cancelation
We always try our best to make our customers satisfied with our products and services, just in case if you have planned to cancel your order or changed your mind the order can be canceled only , If you inform us under 12 hours after your purchase of item before its dispatched for delivery process in this case your amount will be refunded if not COD order.
